MONUMENT II.

Gilbart periodically makes sculpture to explore ideas in various materials. She studied bronze foundry practice in London and the sculptures seen here in Monument II are all in bronze.  As in Monument I, Monument II references prehistoric sites and artefacts geographically and archaeologically wide, sweeping through time, continents, form and function.
